"Hi, I'm going to show you how to do a chest press with a torso rotation using the stability ball. The size of the ball needs to be dependent upon your size. I'm going to need a 65 cm ball and I'm 5'5". What you are going to do is take your ball, shoulder width apart knees are slightly bent. You don't want to lock your knees out or put any pressure on your knee cap. We are going to apply pressure on the ball and on each side you want to press as hard as you can. You are pressing out and coming back in and that is where you get your work in your chest and your interior deltoid so really push your hands around the ball and squeeze the rotation. As you push out we are going to keep the ball out. We are going to rotate to one side, come back to middle, push and then rotate to the other side. So you want to really focus on wringing out your abs. You are trying to work the obliques that are in your waistline. Come back to center, exhale, inhale , exhale, inhale and we are going to switch from one side to the other. You can also stay on one side if you just want to really focus on that side, do whatever is comfortable for you but just make sure that you keep that pressure wide in your palms to engage your chest as you are working across with those obliques, exhaling always as you are pushing out, rotate, exhale inhale back to center so it's inhale, exhale, exhale, inhale, just switching that breath. Keep the pressure on it, chest engaged, keep the knees soft and we are going to really try to work across the obliques and into your chest wall and that is how you do your chest press with your choice of rotation using a stability ball."
