"So the next thing that we're going to do is prime Alex's skin and get her ready for foundation. Primers are really important because it smooths out any imperfections in the skin and gives you a nice texture to work with. And it helps the foundation go on smoothly. It also helps hold the foundation all day because she's not going to be, have time to go touch up her face all throughout the day. "Turn your head a little bit". So I'm using the same brush that I used for the moisturizer and I'm going to use for the foundation and just doing an even thin coat all over her skin. This is an oil free primer so it's not going to cause any break outs. And that's step 2, priming the skin."
