"Now we've drawn our angry expression, let's move on to something more happy. Literally so, happy expression time. Keep in mind our neutral expression, and what we're going to do is you're going to see the eye shape is largely going to be the same on this one. And, we're going to draw our eyes the same way. We're not going to draw eyelids because this is going to be an excited, happy expression. So we're going to leave those off. We're going to draw a nose the same as we would otherwise. We're going to draw the eyebrows up here tilting upwards, slightly. Very subtly off balanced, because this is going to be an excited, happy expression on your face. We're going to draw, of course, here the U-shape everyone knows. Usually, I like to add something else. A bit of a smile. Which is, basically, I draw a nearly vertical line and then skew it back in. And on this one, actually, I don't mind using some vertical lines to note some teeth. Draw in our ears over here. We bunch up the cheeks. Especially one over, actually on this side, where we don't have the mouth. Because you have kind of a bit of a crooked grin going on, so this side of the head will be bunched up some. Not in anger this time, in happiness. Draw the jaw line, come back and around. This side is slack. Draw in hair in here. Now other things you can do to also denote happiness are you can have lines coming out of the top. I'll draw these in here because people are really happy. I mean this guy, wow! He just looks like he just won a million bucks! Maybe he did! You want to go for ultra effects, you can even draw in some extra shapes, like stars here at the top, but that's optional. This guy looks pretty happy enough."
