"Okay. So we're adding on another backleg roundhouse kick making it a little bit more difficult but still using the same punch as we did before. Okay so again get into your staggered stance. We're starting off with a jab. Jab, turn those hips, cross, slip, cross, turn those hips into the kick. Kick. Place that foot and turn in for a second backleg roundhouse kick. So we just added another kick. Okay, one more time slow. Jab, cross, turn those hips, slip, cross, kick, turn, you see how my feet just turned to set up for the 2nd kick. Another backleg. Come back to position. I'm going to speed it up just a little bit. Okay? To make it flow a little bit better. So we step in. Jab, cross, slip, cross, kick, step, kick. Okay? Now we're going to do it a little bit faster again. And if you don't get it right away don't worry just go back to your basics and keep repeating the whole technique. So step in jab, cross, slip, cross, kick, kick. A quick turn of those hips. Okay one more time. Move into that bag. Jab, cross, slip, cross, kick, kick. Quick turns in those hips. Okay we just finished that whole combination. Now I want you to keep working on it until you get better and stronger. Go back to your basics often. We're going to move on to a different combination. It's a jab, cross and two slips now."
