"So we did all our punches, now we're going to add on a kick to this combination. Getting a little bit more advanced, you're going to get a great workout, once you learn the whole thing and you can speed it up a little bit. We start on the same position, staggered stance, starting with the same punches. We've done this, repetition is the best way to learn so we want to do it many times, until we get it right. Stepping in with that jab, turn, cross, slip and we have a cross. This is the position we ended with last time. You see where my back leg is, it's in the perfect position to throw a kick. After I throw that cross punch, all I need to do is bring that back leg up and the kick is right there. Come back to position. One more time slow. We're going to step in, jab, look at my hips, cross, they keep turning, slip, now they're to the right, they turn again, cross, back leg is right there ready to go. Does not have to be a high kick, it could go to the leg, to the knee, it could be low. One more time, we're going to speed it up a little bit more. We're going to step in, jab, cross, slip, cross, nice and quick, come back to position. Again, we worked on the back leg roundhouse kicks, in an earlier show. I want you to keep in mind that foot, as it pivots, you have to pivot as that kick comes in. It's already in position to turn so you just have to do that extra pivoting, at the end. Make sure that foot pivots so you don't hurt your knee. Again, we're going to do medium speed, the whole combination. Jab, cross, slip, cross, kick. Full speed, jab, cross, slip, cross, kick and come back. Next, we're going to add another back leg roundhouse kick. We're going to do jab, cross, slip, cross, back leg roundhouse kick, back leg roundhouse kick."
