"Okay, we're adding on one more punch, making it a little bit more difficult. But we worked on the other punches right before so hopefully, if we learned those, this shouldn't be that difficult. Again, standard stance, hands are up, we're doing that jab cross slip. Jap, turn, cross, slip underneath, and a little bit up. Let's see where my body weight is. It's on my right leg. I have a lot of momentum coming from this hip so I'm turning right into the cross. I get all that momentum coming from that hip. So it's a lot of power coming from that back hand. So one more time, slowly. You're going to step in. Jab, my hips are turning. Cross, my hips turn in the opposite direction now. I step underneath when I slip keep my eyes on my opponent. Now the setup for that cross punch, a lot of power coming from that back hip. Just turn, extend that arm right into the target. And one more time, a little faster. You're going to go jab, cross, slip, cross. A little bit faster, medium speed, jab, cross, slip, cross. Make sure you pull those hands back after each punch. You don't want to leave those hands out for somebody to grab. Okay, full speed, full power, step in. One, two, slip, cross. Okay, next we're going to move into the same combination, jab, cross, slip, cross and we're going to add a back leg roundhouse kick."
