"Okay so we're moving on. We're going to add one more technique to the jab cross. We're starting staggered stance. Hands are up. We're adding a slip at the end so we're going to throw that jab and we did the cross. From here the person that's punching back at us so we've got to get out of the way, bring that hand back to a guard position and slip over to the other side. Okay, one more time. Start right in front of that opponent. Hands are up. Feet, staggered stance. Keep your knees bent so you can move. Step in toward your opponent, jab, cross, get out of the way of that punch. Now remember we worked on not looking at the ground while you're doing those slips? Make sure you don't do that. One more time slow. Jab, cross, and slip, keeping your eyes on that opponent. Now I'm going to do it at medium speed. Step in, jab, cross and slip. Okay, one more time. Step back to original position. Here we go. And step in. And underneath. Okay we're adding a little bit more power to the last one so now you really want to step into it and put your whole body weight into those punches. One, two and slip. And there it is. And the next punch we're going to add on is the cross. So we're going to have a jab, cross, slip and cross."
