"O.k. so this is the most advanced out of the round house kicks, the jumping back leg round house kick. We're starting same starting position o.k.; your legs are apart, you want to keep your knees a little bit bent so you don't have to bend them again as we move into the kick. Now we take the back leg; step in, you should be about hip width apart now in a jumping position. The first thing you're going to do is just practice bringing your knees up and turn o.k. That's the first thing you're going to practice. So you want to start in this position right here; bring it in, practice it, just jump and land in the opposite direction o.k. Now we're going to add that back leg. Now because you practiced the first one with the knees all you have to is extend the leg o.k. So we start down here; both feet in, kick and come back o.k. One more time; go back into starting position, step in; make sure you jump off of both legs so it doesn't look like this o.k. You want to jump off of both legs; turn and come back into starting position o.k. The next kick we're going to do is a double kick; double back leg round house kick."
