"O.k. so we're off to our next kick, o.k. We're going to do a double round house kick. So we're going to get back into that same stance; we're sideways, hands are up. Now the one we finished with last time was just a single; o.k. That was a single, now we're doing a double so we're stepping in; we do that kick, touch the floor, aim for a second kick. O.k. so a double kick; one more time slow, hands are up; make sure you have a little bit of distance between your feet so you're solid. Make sure you turn that butt and the shoulder is up so you can see your target; kick, tap; kick, step back. As you step, most of the weight should be on the back leg and I need you to lean away from that target o.k. so kick; tap, kick. Now we're going to speed it up a little bit so we get both kicks in there, a little faster; kick, tap; kick, come back o.k. So we just finished those stepping round house kicks; the single and the double, the next one is going to be a hopping round house kick with a lead leg."
