"O.k. we're moving on from front kicks to round house kicks o.k. Positioning is a lot different; we start sideways from the target, o.k. now our goal is to step in and kick with the top of the foot or shin o.k. In this case we're going to step in with the foot demonstrating on the target, on the bag. I take my back leg, I put it next to the front leg o.k.; I would, I want to have about 90% of my body weight on that leg that just stepped in. Hands are up toward the target; o.k. elbow in, one hand in front of your face to protect yourself. You should have your butt sticking out o.k. because that's the big muscle that we use to kick. Now that knee is going to come up; it needs to point right toward that target o.k., I want to kick it; bring it back and come back in that position where I started. O.k. one more time back leg steps in; I want to turn my butt because I want to use my glute, I want to turn that shoulder up toward the target so I can see it; leg comes up, I kick the bag; I pull my foot back and I step back out. Now a little faster. Step, kick; come back o.k. One more time; make sure you keep your eyes on that bag ,hands are up, step; kick and come back. That's our stepping round house kick; next kick is going to be a double kick."
