"Okay we're going to go to the most advanced of the front kicks - flying front kick. Now our goal is to get height not distance. So we want to get up a little higher okay. We're still starting with the basic stance. This is always our basic stance and it's always the starting point okay. Hands are up. Now instead of stepping with the back leg it becomes a knee okay, a high knee and it's going to help us get that air that we need to get high up in the air. So we're going to start back leg comes up, still the same push with the front leg okay. One more time. Make sure you're in the right position. You need to be solid. Hands are up. Make sure they're covering your ribs and your face. Okay we'll bring that back leg up into a high knee and then we kick with the left leg okay. So we switch kick that back and step back. Now as you come back you have to come back into the same stance so you don't fall over okay. I'm going to demonstrate it one more time. Set those feet up properly and make sure you have a little bit of distance between you and the target. Okay hands are up, bring that knee up, push those hips forward and step back. That's our flying front kick. The next kick we're going to do is a stepping kick but this time to the groin. So it's a low kick and the toes are pointed as opposed to the kicks we just finished. They're with the ball of the foot and they're to the chest or the face or the stomach. Okay. So that's our next kick."
