"Arm extension with the left. Turn your left foot right into the big toe turns inward, right foot is away from you, right heel is in line with the left ankle, pelvis is forward and soften that right knee but not past the toes and so open your stance if need be. Take your right hand against the inner knee of the right side, take your left shoulder right back and up with your left hand, visualize that somebody is right there taking that hand away from you as you lift, feel the connection between the left hand to the left hip and now with that right arm you can keep sliding down or stay right there as long as your eyes are in contact with that left hand and reach up and as you reach down farther find yourself lifting that hip right up and keeping that right knee soft, breathing in deeply through the nose and exhale another deep breath in and exhale and another deep breath in and exhale. Now reach all the way back up and then shake it right off."
