"In the dancer, just take that left foot right behind you and place it with the toes not touching the floor and let the shoulders go right back and then lift right out with those hands. As you stretch with those fingers lean forward. It's just like somebody's reaching out, trying to catch you by those hands. In the dancer now, level one, that foot is just touching the floor, just touch it very lightly, ninety-five percent of the weight on the right leg. Then what you do is you keep reaching with the hands, you can take that left hand down to connect with that left foot and then reach with that right hand. Now breathe in deep through your nose, exhale. Now keep leaning right into it, breathe in deep through your nose. And exhale and another deep breath in, and exhale, just reaching right into it. One more time, deep breath in and exhale. Now release and you're going to switch. You can switch now, so you can take the right foot behind you, shoulders back, opens the stern, reach out with those hands, stretch. Just like somebody's reaching for you, trying to catch you. You just have ninety five percent of the weight on the left leg, just touching with that right foot very gently on the floor, like five percent of the body weight. You can keep that right there, or you can take that right hand down to that right foot and reach with that left hand. Breathe in deep through your nose and exhale. Another deep breath in, exhale. And another deep breath in, and exhale. And then release, come right down and shake around."
