"Keep the heels together, toes apart for a good firm grip right into the floor or mat. Take the arms up and then release those shoulders. You want to feel the shoulders relax. And then you want to take your fingers, the fingers work with the smaller muscles within the back and the shoulders. And as you work with those fingers, you keep moving with the arm and the shoulder. The rest of your body is staying straight and tall, you just reach in with those fingers. As tall as you can, as high as you can. Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose. Your hips are stabilized, your back is stabilized. Connect between the hand and the shoulder. The palm tree is just free flowing, just flowing back and forth. Just breathe through your nose, and then with the exhale feel the belly contract. And you breathe in through your nose and the exhale come back. Now just twist those arms around a little bit. Still connecting from the shoulder to the hands only. Inhaling and exhaling and bring those hands right down and then join the hands together."
