Video Transcript

"With rag doll again, with a standing posture, the heels are together, toes apart, mountain postures. And then take those hands and just shake those hands right down. Now when you shake those fingers, it connects the smaller muscles in the back and the shoulders. Now take those arms and swing them right back and forth, just like a rag doll. Your knees are soft, and then take a deep breath and lengthen the whole body as you come up tall with those hands. And then exhale right down to rag doll, shaking the fingers, shaking the arms. Inhale, reach right up tall, stretching tall like somebody's got to right to those hands. Exhale, soften the knees and come right down to rag doll. Shake it right out. Inhale, reach up tall, legs go long, reaching tall with the fingers, exhale down to rag doll. Inhale reach up tall, stretching the whole body, connecting. Exhale down to rag doll and one more time, inhale come up tall, join those hands together, and exhale, bring those hands right down to the center and shaker it out."
