"Come up on your knees and take that left hand right behind you and take that right arm straight up. Now with that left hand behind you you want to feel that left shoulder going right back and you want to feel that right hand reaching right up. Now take a deep breath in through your nose and then exhale, sit back towards your heels and then lean forward, reach for that right arm and lower the head right down and then inhale, come all the way up, sit back towards your heels if you can and if you can't come up on your knees, reach for that left hand right behind you, up with that right arm and then sit right down and lean forward, stretching taking the head right down. Then guide the flow away from you, come all the way back up, reaching high with that right hand, inhale deep, exhale, come right down, lower that arm right out and sitting right back towards your heels. Now if you find it more comfortable for you, you can sort those knees out as well, whatever is easiest for you but you want to keep that left arm out behind you and you want to keep that right arm extending out so it is opposite energies across the back, breathing deep through your nose and then exhale, come all the way up and then sit right down into sharano."
