"In the triangle posture you want to have sometimes a prop and a prop can be anything. It can be a big thick book or whatever it may be and I'll show you this posture here using this block just in case this may be for you but take a wide stance in yoga and it gives you good stability and take that left foot right away from you and your left foot is down with the right ankle and then turn that right foot right in and then take your hands around your hip and turn your pelvis forward. Now with that prop you can put your prop right here laying down, you can use it standing up or you may not even have to use a prop but in any case it doesn't hurt to use it because it helps you get deeper into the posture safety, take the shoulders right back and take the arms right out and the triangle runs between both feet and the groin but also with that side of the body that you are going to work on is going to connect between that hand and that knee so reach right down and take the hand right against the knee, reach up now with your right arm and turn your face toward the right hand and if you can edge that hand down and that is where your block can come in handy, just lightly touch that block and you may need your block just a little bit laying down it's up to you and if you don't need it just come right down to the flow of that hand, lift upwards your hip and breath. Now you want to feel all the way up the left leg to the right hand, reaching high with that right hand breath in deep through your nose and exhale and another deep breath in and exhale, reach and take that hand right away from you and another deep breath in and exhale, now release, come all the way back up and release the arms down and shake it right off."
