"So in this video we're going to talk about incorporating flourishes into your 3 club pattern. So first, you need to have a very clean flourish. It you remember, that's here, push down, out, and around. One more time slowly, you have the club here, push down, turn your wrist out, around, down into these two fingers, and down like that. Again, that looks something like that. To incorporate it into your pattern, what we're going to do is use a 4 throw, if you remember a 4 throw from site swap. All that is, is a throw that goes straight up to the same hand at double height. So instead of crossing like that, it's going to go straight up twice as high. So what we're going to do is we're going to juggle like this, you can make a flourish catch with your strong hand, i.e. that, you catch it early so that you can go into a flourish. And then immediately after you make that catch, you throw a 4 with your other hand to give you time to make the flourish. So then in that beat, right there, this hand is going to be flourishing, right there. So here we go, we make the early catch with our right hand, throw a double out of our left hand, and do a flourish, something like this. This will take some practice to put all together. If you break it down piece by piece there is a flourish, the early catch, and the 4 throw. You can make it very clean and a very appealing visual effect."
