"So we've taught ourselves how to throw a single multiplex out of your right hand. It looks like this for review. The club on top will just come right back to the right hand. The other club will split to the other hand like that. Now, to incorporate this into our pattern there are a couple of things that need to happen. First off, one of the easiest ways to incorporate it is to use it as a start. That is just when you have three clubs in your hand and you want to start juggling you can throw a multiplex to make it look cool. What I usually do is I throw a multiplex out of my right hand and a single throw out of my left and try and layer it so it looks like they're all going three different heights. Something like that. People like that as a start. It's a good way to start juggling three clubs with a multiplex. Also, you can incorporate it directly into your juggling pattern. To do this however what you need to do is throw a single straight up throw to one hand, pass the club into your other hand so that you get this clean multiplex start. That's again, throw straight up, pass over into the multiplex pattern and then throw your multiplex. So fluidly that looks something like that. You can also just catch it straight like in a multiplex pattern like that an throw, but often times it's hard to catch into the correct position to throw a multiplex. So throw a double and go into a multiplex."
