Juggling Crystal Sticks: Throw Variations

"In this video, I'm going to show you some cool throws you can do in addition to the standard throw. Remember, we talked about the standard throw which is just like that. Now incorporating what you learned about the spin. You can go from the spin straight into a throw and back into the spin. If you remember, the spin is like this. I'm catching the crystal stick just past its center point, like that. Now if you catch it right at the center point and just push it up really fast, you can throw it - like that, and then catch it right back into a normal spin. This will take some practice. See if I can do it without messing up. You're in your spin, throw, and catch just past the center point again. Throw, just past the center point, throw, just past the center point. That's one of my favorite throws. Another very popular throw, is throwing from the horizontal circle. Get your horizontal tick tock pattern, like this, going. Again, place your control stick right in the center of the crystal stick and throw it up quickly. Now when you do this, you can fall back into the horizontal circles, or you can go straight into the normal tick tock - like this. So here we go again, the horizontal circles, back into the horizontal circles, or into tick tock. That's your horizontal throw. These are both very important. You can incorporate it into your pattern in a million different ways, and really make some things look cool."
