"In this video, I'm going to be talking about executing a throw with your crystal sticks. Now throwing the stick is not very hard, and it's a very good visual trick. People really like it. People like things going way up in the air. To execute the throw, which should look something like that - again like that. What you're going to do is you're going to be having this tick tock pattern with both control sticks in contact, like this. A very solid tick tock pattern. What we're going to do is place the bottom stick in the center and push up instead from the outside, like this. Instead of pushing up from the outside of the stick, we're going to catch it in the center right here and push with this bottom stick while holding this stick down. What it's going to do it's going to throw the mass of the stick straight up and start it spinning at the same time, like that. So now you have to just get used to throwing and get used to how the spins land and how to catch it. When I catch it, I'm just going to catch it straight back into a tick tock pattern with one stick on top and one stick on bottom like that. So again, the throw is something like that. If I throw with my right hand, it spins to my left. If I throw to my left, it spins to my right. Now you can get crazy with these, and throw them as high as you want. You can also just do one at a time. These are a half-spin each. You can throw it as high and as fast as you can make work. You can really make this a really cool big visual effect."
