"Here we're going to be talking about performing a half-spin with your crystal sticks. Now just to give you an idea, this is what I'm talking about. I spin it about 180 degrees, one-half of a full spin and I catch it with the other stick. Now to execute this, what I want you to do is I want you to place your main stick - from the tic tock. I want you to place your stick just at the center point here and then carry it over, like that. So we get into motion with this stick as you're going to catch it here and then carry it around to this point. Then you're going to use your other control stick to catch the crystal stick. So again, I think you should just practice this. Just work on it. So you're from this pattern, carry around, and catch with the other stick. Carry around, catch with the other stick. Just like that. Now work on this with both sides, so you can do it with either stick independently. There's to my left. There's to my right. Half-spin each time. Then if you string this together, you can get a pretty cool pattern going. Hopefully you don't drop, just like that. If you string it together and make it continuous, do something like this and a lot of other cool things. You can just throw it into your pattern in the middle anywhere. And that is the half-spin."
