"In this video I'm going to be talking about doing chops. Chops is a normal juggling pattern but with a lot of hand motion added in. It looks something like this. This is a three ball chops pattern. Now what's really happening is I'm still throwing a normal pattern just like this, but each throw I bring it over from the side to the center, then throw. So again it looks something like this. Now with balls it's not all that impressive. I just did that to give you an idea of what the pattern actually looks like. People usually juggle chops with three clubs in which case you can add a flourish, do a lot of cool things and make it look pretty impressive, but again you need to have a very clean three club pattern and what you're going is bringing over from the outside just like that. So it would be like, like that, and you're just chopping down to the center and throwing back up. Now a lot of problems that occur are after that chop it's kind of hard to get that throw in quickly. You really have to move your hands fast. But all you really have to do is think about getting that throw as clean as possible using your wrist to your advantage. Don't swing your whole arm in the chop just turn your wrist around like that, speed it up and you can make this pattern look pretty cool. People really like it."
