"In this video, I'm going to be talking about burkes burrage. Now this is a medium 3-ball trick. People often think about it as a variation on mills mess. Now, I'll just show you what it looks like at first. Something like this. Unlike mills mess, I'm actually changing the beat pattern. Instead of juggling at normal 3-throws like this, my pattern works out like this. And I'm just crossing my hand over and pulling a ball out during that slag time. Now to work up to burkes burrrage. One thing you really want to do is go into a mills mess pattern. Get a clean mills mess pattern and then when that hand is crossed over, when this hand is over the top instead of throwing back like this, pull it out to the side and throw a 4, a straight up out of your left hand. So, what's happening is your in mills mess, once crossed over straight up, out and back. So, here mills mess. Don't drop; try it again. Now mills mess, up, out. Just like that. So, if you want to work into it, just do one and then back into mills mess. Do that on both sides and then what happens is you just make it continuous. If you notice the ball in the middle, you are just bouncing up, straight and down. Bouncing up and down, straight up. And the two balls on the outside are being switched out. So, it's really exactly like this. Two balls on the outside are switching sides while the center ball just bounces straight up and down. That's burkes burrage."
