"Here we're going to be talking about a pattern I like to call confused juggling. Now this is a pretty easy three ball juggling pattern. It's actually easier than a lot of the ones we talked about earlier when we were learning three balls. Now what it is, is your hands will just stay crossed when you juggle. Here's what it looks like. Confused juggling. Now what's actually going on, if you watch, I end up juggling a reverse cascade. You see the throws are starting from the outside and landing in the center something like this. So it's a reverse cascade. And the hand that is crossed over the top is throwing to the center and so is the left. Or so is the lower hand, they're both throwing in the center and catching and then bringing back out to the outside. Now to switch in between the normal cascade and this confused juggling. All you have to do is throw one throw over the top just like you were going into Mill's nest, but then stop. It's really almost a variation on Mill's nest. So if you're in the Mill's nest pattern, just don't go back. Just stop on one side and switch back and forth. This might be awkward at first just thinking about the trick. But it's really not too hard if you practice it a little bit. And you can work it into some patterns and make it look pretty cool."
