"So in this video I'm going to talk about doing a ball kick up. So this is pretty useful when you're juggling three ball something and you drop. You're like oh no, what am I going to do? Frankly, I get really sick and tired of leaning over and picking them up all the time. So I'm like screw this! Put it under your foot and you got to get the kick up so that it goes up high enough to reach your hand and as vertical as possible. The way I execute this, is pretty similar to how I do a club kick up, if you remember that video. But you're going to have it resting here on your foot, you're going to pull your foot out to the side and up like this. So it looks something like that. So if you have the ball sitting on your foot, out to the side and up will give you a pretty good hand height, clean catch. So you drop a ball, you're like oh no what do I do? You don't want to lean down. Just go like that. It looks cool, people are a little more impressed than if you just bother to bend down and pick it up. Another really great thing about ball kick ups is you can switch from three into four really easily. You can just leave one ball on the ground. Get it put onto your foot. And now when I do the switch what's going to happen is with my hands, I'm going to start doing a four pattern with my left hand immediately when I kick up with my right hand with the ball. So what should happen is this. And I go straight up into four. Again I'll have the ball on my foot and do the kick up in unison with the four throw out of my left hand, switching into four. Something like that."
