"In this clip I will show you how to make a decorative sphere. This is a design my Mauri Ono, and it can be found in her book, "The Simple Art of Japanese Paper Crafts." This is a model that requires six units, excuse me, and each unit starts out with a blitz base. So this is a blitz base already folded, and we are going to turn this blitz base to the other side, other side of the unit and blitz base again. And then again turn it over to the other side and do it one more time, a total of three blitz bases. All on opposite sides, okay. Now that we've done that, turn the entire unit to the other side, and for each of these squares we are going to squash fold them out. Open the flaps and squash fold them out so that they form a nice rectangle, like this. And this is one of the units for the decorative sphere, make six total. And the way we put them together is like this. The pocket of one rectangle, insert the other rectangle."
