"In this segment I am going to be introducing you to moving step push hands. It is very important to be able to move and this is primarily learning how to move in your legs be sensitive in your legs and be able to move smoothly from your center. So we begin with single hand because all we really need to do is to be able to connect with the other person so as we start here like this when he is ready he is going to step through and I am going to follow that move and we are going to switch hands so I am starting with the hand and then as I move forward he is going to switch hands and he is going to switch back and just continue our circle. What is very important here is to learn when that person steps through that we also follow them, no sooner, no later so if he doesn't know I'm going to be stepping through then I'll be able to step right in to him and he is going to be in trouble so the idea is that he has to pay attention to when I am going to be stepping through so as soon as I step through he steps back and you want to go as smoothly as possible."
