"In this segment, I will be introducing you to Double Hands Fixed Step Push Hands. So now, we are bringing more of our body into it than just the Single Hand. So, twice as many arms. Right. So, we begin. Same thing, opposite foot forward. It does not matter if you go left or right. And, it is good to alternate. Do not get too used to only doing single sided. So, you begin by touching lightly at the elbow, touching at the wrist. Same idea. When the body moves, the waist moves. When the waist moves, the arm moves. So, you can do this a few different ways. As he comes back, and then as I come forward I do a press. And then, I release that, touching here. So, I can control his elbow if need be. So, as he comes forward, he can go into press. And then, I turn. Come into press. And, there is a few different ways of doing this. But, the main idea is to just very relaxed. See, I can also come here. If we were actually doing Push Hands I could come here and push down his elbow. But, for right now the idea is to develop a sensitivity. You even keep the hands here, in a press posture. Just rolling, press to press. Or, you can touch. As I am retreating, I am touching and then pressing. So, it is not only one single way of doing this, right. Is, you have to relax the mind. Let the body move. And, as always, keeping your center. If I lose my center in any way, look at what happens. Now, you see how in disadvantaged position I am. And same thing, is I do not want to lean into him, because also in a very disadvantaged position."
