"In this segment we'll talk about how to make the perfect cup of iced tea. As the temperatures rise in the summertime a lot of people like to drink iced tea. Some people drink it all year long, but what's the way you want to make it so it comes out right each time. I like to make iced tea by the cup, and it's pretty easy to do. You just take a little bit of tea, you're going to use a little bit more than you would if you're going to drink the tea hot, and you're going to add that to your hot water or vice versa. That tea is going to steep the normal amount of time, but it's going to be a little bit stronger. We've added a little bit of extra tea to make it stronger so when it hits our cup of ice here it's going to come out just right. So you can do this with just about any type of tea be it a white tea, a green tea or a black tea, and it'll come out just perfect each time. Okay, our tea's steeped for about three and a half minutes and now we're going to put it over the ice. The nice thing about this is you can make up iced tea by the cup. You can also prepare tea this way in bulk in advance, but this is a way just to enjoy a cup of tea all by yourself and you can do this with any type of tea. The other thing to keep in mind is that tea prepared this way retains all the health properties of white tea. It's a great way to enjoy tea in the summer."
