"During this segment we'll take a look at one of the problems you run into in making your cove cuts. This problem being is that your cove instead of being a nice smooth round shape tends to be V shaped. What causes this usually is that your tool goes in; you're holding it almost perpendicular to the wood so that you're only taking a narrow cut or that you're not; as you're entering the cut you're not spinning, not twisting your tool around. To fix what you've got is bring it into you're rubbing the bevel and then raise your handle. Start with it at the side and twist. You want to get a nice smooth rotating motion with the tool. Remember to bring your handle up so you get the correct depth with your work."
