In this segment we are going to work on a movement called back and forth like a wave or in tai chi form it's called withdraw and push. You start with one foot in front of the other and bring both hands out to the front. As you move your weight onto the back leg, your hands drop. Let your front toe rise a little bit, the hands circle up move forward lift your back heel, let the hands come forward. And here you can envision the wave coming into the body as you inhale, as you come forward it's like a wave moving through the body. So you just really picture this water moving in to the body and then coming through the body and out. Just cleansing the body. As you move back be very careful not to lean back, so better to move back less and stay straight then move back too much and fall backwards. So just very gentle rocking back and forth motion and inhale back exhale forward. And then when you are ready you can switch the legs and do the other side. Inhale back, exhale forward very gentle movement.
