"Hello, in this series I'm going to be showing some simplified movements of tai chi. Formalized tai chi which happens in a sequence of movements one right after the other is, takes quite a bit of effort to learn the sequence as, in addition to learning all the postures alignments, it takes a tremendous amount of effort to learn that. So what I've done is to simplify it in a way for people that are really looking just to have a general improvement of their health. Maybe you're having some health issues, structural issues, getting older, having the issues that come with age cardiovascular, these types of things. So the simplified tai chi is really designed directly to people in that age group that may have limited range of motion. That are not looking to do a lot of memorization of movement. And in addition to that we can look directly to some of the issues and how the tai chi movements relates to the senior population."
