"Parivrtta Trikonasana, revolved triangle. We're going to slide into revolved triangle from pyramid pose, so the legs are pyramid pose legs. We're going to shift that right hip back. We're going to use an inhale to lift the left are, and with effort, you want to create strength, you want to create length in your side. Then from right below your left shoulder blade, that's where you're going to be doing the turning, from below the shoulder blade, she's going to revolve, revolve, revolve. And then she's going to pause right here; strengthen the legs. She's going to do the spinning from the left rib into the right, from the left armpit into the right. Then if she has the ability and strength, stability, she's going to reach up. So again, the feet are working, this is lengthening, and you really want to avoid bringing your arm past your shoulder. Let's keep that arm in line with your shoulder. Keep thinking about lengthening the spine, breathing, working up to two minutes, and then presenting the other side."
