"Warrior 3, Virabhadrasana III, is a balancing pose. We're going to go into warrior 3 from warrior 1. So let's check that both soles of your feet are firmly grounded. We want to take the left femur, and plug it back into the left hip. Inhale to create length through the tops of your fingers. Exhale; begin to hinge forward with a strong effort to keep the right heel grounded. The right heel stays grounded as long as you can for balance; keep lengthening. When you feel strong is when you're going to lift into your left leg, coming into balance. We're going to take the time to check that the hips are square to the earth. There's a strong effort to reach through her heel, through her fingers, lengthening both sides, creating a nice long spine. Working on the standing leg, see if we can't bring your attention into breathing and enjoying."
