"Next one, you bend the knee, and again take the strap to the balls of the toes. Stretch the leg as straight as you can, up toward the sky and don't worry about drawing it way toward your face, that's actually less important than getting the length, the leg as straight as you can and feeling a really good stretch in the back of the hamstrings. And you're going to spin your toes on the lifted leg outward, so for this case we're doing the left leg, so spin the left toes toward the left and then take the left leg all the way over toward the left, not so far that it collapses to the floor, but just far enough so that you feel a good stretch on the inside and the hamstrings of the left leg. With your right leg, push down into the earth, so rather than letting your hips roll over to the left, keep the right leg super rooted to the floor, committed and steady with the left leg extend and open. Take a few more full breath. And then inhale and lift your left leg all the way back up, bend the knee and release the left leg long."
