"Supta Padangusthasana III or C; once again, we're going to continue to use the straps to make this pose just a little more available, and just be able to get her to go a little deeper into her pose. She's going to extend both arms open, and she's going to use an inhale to lift her left leg. Still utilizing the strap, left hand right, I'm sorry you had it, right hand, okay. She's going to try to keep this leg active, but she's going to use this strap to assist her, and she's going to use an inhale to alert the body, and then on the exhale, she's going to bring that leg over to the right. But it's another place that I can assist with drawing that hip down, so I'm going to take the strap, and I'm just going to as she's trying to straighten that leg, I'm just going to pull the hip down. I can do that with the strap, but I can also do that right, here just taking the hip and creating length."
