"Suptapa Dangusthasana One. We're going to do this with two belts, if not maybe three belts. The first one that we are going to look to do is, she just lifts her leg out of the way. I'm taking a belt that's going to go around her hip. So that this hip is connected to this foot, when she straightens out this leg, it pulls this hip down. Then she's going to straighten out this leg, and use the strap to keep the leg up, so that it's fully supported. And the next thing that we need to work on is to make sure that the leg that is on the ground is internally rotating. And we can do that with the strap. We're going to take the strap so that it loops inside her leg, inside her leg so that when I pull the strap it's going to internally rotate her leg. So we have to come through the loop, and then pull this in so that it's going to turn her leg in, which is something that she can not accomplish on her own."
