"In this clip we're going to show more movements with our hips and with our legs. We're going to go up, down slowly. You're going to start with your right, you're going to move, as you move your right foot up, you step down. Then the left foot goes up, your right knee up, left knee up. Now go on a little faster. You have to make sure your torso is going up and down. Up, up, up. And depending on the drummer, it could go faster or slower. And make sure those knees are up, those elbows are up. And stop."
