"In this clip we're going to show more expression. We're also going to use our hands more. Now, in the last clip, we heard with our feet. What's good about African Dance, sometimes they can be difficult, but the rhythm of the feet helps to let you know if you're on rhythm. And when you have a drummer, they can help you to understand how important it is. And it takes years of practice. Now, next is also, so we are also using our hands to push us off in our arms. So we're gliding out free like an eagle. We're going to do this four times circle. In, out; in, out; in, out; in, out. Again."
