"Now, we're going to jump more. We're going to give more expression. Again, move your head. In some movements you're going to move your head up and down, depending on the dance. And a lot of Guinean style dance is you move more out with your arms and your torso. So, we're going to get moving, again, push. Your arms are going to be bent, hand in a fist. Move your arms up and down and up, out down."
