"In this clip we are going to move it up a little bit, make it a little faster. Move the body and the torso more with the last movement we just did. So we did bump, bump, bump; bump, bump, bump; bump, bump, bump; bump, bump, bump. You're going to move your torso more, and really get free with the movement. And jump; very important, back, back, back, back. Move your head, be free. Don't be scared."
