"So our next standing pose is definitely probably going to require a strap. If you've really open hamstrings, you can definitely do it with just your hand. But I say start, then we'll go from there. So you start with the strap. You can just have it like wide open, no loop or anything. Standing on your right leg, bend the left knee and take the strap around the balls of the toes. Hold this close to the foot as you can for extra stability. Then with the leg muscles strong, you're going to start to stretch your left leg straight out in front of you. Again, the closer you hold to the foot, the more steadier you're going to feel. Once you get your left leg totally straight, make sure the top of your right thigh is moving back. So the right hip is open and you will feel more rooted and stable. Then you're going to stretch your right arm out to the side, you're going to start to open your left leg toward the left, take a few more full breaths, and extend, super steady, super ground, super free. And hail in the center and exhale to release."
