"In this clip we will show you another way of undulate your body also in a different direction. And we will put some steps before it just to get into this, because you have to create space, spaces or going under the table, or have your own story to build up all those undulations. So we will just hop backwards with the two arms together, we step forwards. And from there we create like a down and up to the side. So we will go from the head, shoulders, body and going all the way up. Okay, so, it's going to be hopping backwards, stepping forward, and going slowly to the side, and getting to that space like you go under something, okay. So I want this body to undulate, creating a space that you go through. Ready, and go; and 1 and 2 under, 3 and 4. Once more, and 1, 2, under 3 and 4."
