"In this clip, I will show you another Mister Freeze that is also more challenging, but you can try it. So the position it's open legs, try to go one elbow towards your body, you go down here and the other one goes far, because when you will go into it, you have to shift your legs towards it, and then you can stretch your legs; going down, or stretch. Again, your head has no weight, and again, you push the floor until you get out of it, okay. So it's very important to keep using your abs during the whole Mister Freeze and keep pushing the floor. Remember in hip hop we go down to get off the floor, we never stay down, it's a fight, and it's a fight with very valuables causes, so use them. Down to go up."
