"In this clip, I will show you a combination of the things we have done in the floor stuff and you will see how women of thirty years old and more can do also floor stuff. And even girls, before the big boys were saying that big girls were not that good. But, we can work it and we can do it. Hip Hop is for everybody. So, we start on our basic sit step. One and two and three and four. To the disk, go. Go. Go. And then you get ready for your Mister freeze. And you hold it and then you get off it. So you can combine this stuff in different ways. But, it is good. You get the materials to start improvising the basic and the technique so you can start building on your own choreography. I encourage you do that and I encourage you to keep on trying with this technique and those tips that I am giving you and you will never get harmed with a very good warm-up first."
