We will go back in this clip to some floor stuff to because it's a way of finishing movement on the floor stuff. You can get off the floor or else you can just do like a stop in a Mister Freeze. So Mister Freeze, you have to put yourself in this position, on your heel and this one 90 degree, no more no less, okay. Your elbow should be touching, and keep the contact with your leg, you will extend your arms to shift the weight onto your hands, and slightly try to put your head almost on the floor and put your legs off the floor. Keep pushing with your arms, your legs, okay. And don't put any weight on your head, your head can be off the floor if you want. And then to get off, push the floor to come off this position. It's very important the pushing of the arms out of the floor, not to give any weight to the head so you don't hurt your neck, and it's very important to push to get up and keep your abs working.
