"In this clip I will show you a possibility to break down this step of the six steps that you do actually in four counts even though there are six steps where you are using two syncopations and we add something that it's called the Disc. So it goes this way. We start with the six steps; one and two; and now you go with this leg and instead of the shifting of the six step, you go all the way around. Okay. So that's called the six steps plus your Disc. I start showing it. One and two and three and four. Now one and two and three, four and five, six and seven, eight. You keep going all the time that you want and you then stop there or you can go to other Mr. Freeze or other step of the floor steps. So let show you again. One and two, syncopation for syncopation, three and four. One and two and disc and disc and disc. Shift the weight to your hands and go all the way around."
