"In this clip I will show you the six steps. Six steps is a very basic step but it's you have to be very comfortable from the shifting of your body. Or the shifting of the weight of your body. You have to align your hands with your knees, slightly lift your knees but very close to the floor, you want to lift this arm and go where this arm was, walk there. Now to your center, to your center with those and now shifting the weight here, this moment is very important, slide with this leg the floor. Two hands on the floor and push the backward leg and ready to go again. Be careful not to go too far because if not it's very hard to start all over. Your hands are not all of them on the floor but only the fingers and you keep pushing the floor. You never let your body go down to the floor. Keep up close to the floor just to go off the floor then so if you put your whole body down then nobody will help you to go up. So let's show the six steps very briefly with Mani and go one and two, three and four, one and two, three and four."
