Video Transcript

"In this clip, I will show you the transition that we use to go to the floor from the up rock and then we will show the whole thing. You can combine the movement, whatever you want, it's an improvisation. And I encourage my students to do their own way and with their own style, never copy your teacher, always try to do your own style, okay. So transition it's going to be, crossing right over the left, going around, bending your knees and open them, put your hands on the floor and get ready for six step or basic step or floor staff. So let's go for the whole thing. Ready, go, and, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6, 7 and 8; and 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, walking forward; 1,2,3,4; and 1,2,3,4; and hop, around, transition, down, and ready for six step."
